Does signing FAA mean you'll become an Early Enrollee?

Or does it mean you're 100% with the team? Someone tell me how it works!

FAA does mean the player will be an early enrollee

It also means the university must honor the players scholarship, however, the player can still change is mind before signing day.

Lastly, the coaches can have unlimited contact with a player who signs an FAA and promote the players as a member of the team.

No commitment. Just means you'll be ready IF

IF ...IF... you decide to sign and enroll early. It is 100% non binding.

It's a show of faith from the university that he has a spot. It also allows the coaches, like someone said, to use his name as part of the team.

It binds the scholarship to the player obligating the university to stand by their offer which in turns allows the coaching staff unlimited contact with the recruit and allows the coaching staff to mention the recruit by name. The FAA is given only to players that qualify to enroll early, it doesn't require the recruit to enroll early but the recruit has to be academically eligible to receive the FAA. It kind of forecast what the player will do academically. I am sure there is a formula of past academic performance that they use to try and determine players that would be eligible for early graduation/early enrollment.
