I was under the assumption yesterday was the deadline for that.

The official list is submitted to the teams on the 21st. I don't think a formal announcement is required if you file the proper paperwork.

The names, meaning these are people who have made some kind of public statement.

These journalists do not have access to the paperwork. This isn’t waiting by the fax machine.
