Don't let the 13-0 4x ACC Champions or U5C scheduling Akron to ensure bowl eligibility distract you from the fact that the Voice Of The Gamecocks, Todd Ellis, declared on 11.23.17 that Clemson is Cycling Out, and South Carolina is Cycling In

Honestly, we're scared to death at the progress Will Muschamp has made. 4th place finish in the SEC East, lets be real, makes 4 straight Playoff appearances by Clemson look rather pedestrian.

plus they've got it going on the recruiting trail and will likely supplant Clemson as the " it " destination for top HS football talent nationwide .

Clemson is cycling out of their "we're a great program" period and moving into the "we're an elite program" era.

The dirt peckers are cycling back into their "mediocrity or worse" century from their "look, we beat Clemson a few times and almost won a championship in something" moment.

Had it not been for the fact they were able to defeat three powerful non-conference opponents (Coastal Carolina, Chattanooga and Akron) they would not be going to the Belk Bowl.

...on coot talk radio show the Friday night before this years game and he said he still stands by his statements. He is the leader of the delusional.

FYI, he originally made the statement the Friday before the 2017 game, not the day after.

Ellis, Kornblut, and Cory Miller probably do some weird stuff when the get together.

I was also impressed by their clever decision to pass out t-shirts that look like aluminum bleachers before the Zip game. They are going to surprise us; Ellis just telescoped the impending doom. Woe is us.
