I'll always remember that one as one of my favorite experiences in Death Valley, even though it was a certified frog strangler that night...

My wife and I will never forget that game! We, like many, were delayed in returning to Soda City due to “the thousand year flood” that truly left our state in a state of shock. I’ll never forget the look of ND coaches and players as we ran down the hill! Priceless!

Go Tigers!

I remember watching the replay of that game the next day. Seeing that always makes me think about how ND had no idea what was about to come their way!

1st time seeing ND in person and it was absolutely the game that put us on National stage.

What I remember most is sometime during 3rd qtr during a TV timeout they played Phil Collins’ “In The Air Tonight” and I recall looking across that stadium as the monsoon was really blowing and that stadium was full and as electric as I have ever heard it. It was a really cool unforgettable scene.

Lucky enough to ha e the entire family with me to see arguably one of the Top 5 games I had witnessed in Death Valley.

Yep, whoever queued up that Phil Collins song was spot on – a little unexpected for a football game, but it got people turned up from wild to electric…

Brian Kelly hears Phil Collins singing in his nightmares.

They've played that song several times since 2011

As a lineman for a local co-op, I’ll remember that day for not being home but 3 hours the whole day. But luckily 2 hours of it was the 2nd half of that game I got to enjoy. 5 mins after the celebration began that night, I left home for work again and didn’t make it back until 10am the next morning.

God bless you, sir!***

"When I was young, I was sure of many things; now there are only two things of which I am sure: one is, that I am a miserable sinner; and the other, that Christ is an all-sufficient Saviour. He is well-taught who learns these two lessons." -John Newton

An all-time classic that jump-started our 3-year CFP run.
