Look at this guys job with ravens and then notice the last line of news clip....lol!!!!
“HOUSTON -- The Houston Texans have hired Baltimore Ravens assistant David Culley to be their next head coach, sources told ESPN, confirming a report by the Houston Chronicle.

Culley, 65, who has spent the past two seasons in Baltimore, just completed his 27th season as an NFL coach. Along with serving as the team's assistant head coach, Culley was Baltimore's passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. The Ravens finished the 2020 season ranked last in the NFL in passing.”

Perhaps they think having a black coach at that position will make Watson feel better about the organization

Eric Bieleimy (sp.) would have been a better choice.

Yes, it is certified...Houston Texans have clowns for owners (sorry I may need to apologize to the clowns).

Did Eric Bieniemy moon them on the ZOOM call?

being dead last in passing offense doesn't necessarily mean your passing game was a failure!

I was thinking that too. Plus he understood Jackson and the scrambling ability. DW is a better passer, but also depends on scrambling. My two cents.

Ravens fans are very happy to see him go to Houston.

When you build around running the ball and your QB, then your passing numbers will follow suit.

He probably met the turbo-christian values as claimed by the character coach/GM

He was likely hired specifically because he and DW have a good relationship. This is their shot to keep DW.

One article said DW4 and Coach Culley have worked together at the past couple Pro Bowls. Wonder if this is who DW4 preferred..

DeShaun made it clear he wants out no matter who the Texans hire coupled with no draft picks (Thanks to O’Brien) made this HC job unacceptable to most.

I’m sure at 65, Culley appreciated the opportunity.

I hope he does well, but Houston still have massive problems.

I am amazed at the lack of perspective in the world. Chicago Bears, who drafted Perry and traded for Steve Fuller, take a pass on a QB the was in back to back Natty's and won one. Huston gets a gift and all they can do is ruin their opportunity by sending weapons to other teams for garbage in return and then not even protecting their asset! How are these so called professionals so insulated from the consequences of their perspective!!!!!!!!!
