Josh Belk -> Tavien Feaster -> Shaq Smith. He seems to like to publicly prop up players that are struggling internally in an attempt to thwart a transfer.

Hard to fault him for trying. I really thought Tavien and Shaq would be huge contributors this year and next (for Shaq). It's just hard to hear about how well a player is doing and then boom they transfer.

Dabo's saying "doing well" is one thing, and should be said if true. Wanting assurance of a starting job is quite another, and that may be what Shaq and Feaster wanted.
