The South Carolina defensive back got absolutely owned by Texas A&M tight end Jace Sternberger, who literally dragged him 25 yards after the catch. I am always amazed that a team with a supposedly “defensive genius “ as head coach is absolutely the worst tackling team I have ever seen- every year, they never get better at tackling.

I’ve been waiting for South Carolina to actually play better fundamentally particularly when it comes to being in position to make plays and tackling form in general. But they have not seemed to improve much, if at all in those areas since Muscoot has been there. Coot fans will ‘splain it away as a simple lack of talent on the field. That isn’t it at all. Their lack of talent is in coaching. They don’t have a clue what they’re doing.
