College football destinations

Jun 29, 2016, 9:09 AM

Clemson is NOT included in a 12-site college football destination list ... that can easily be googled.

So the real (meaning my) list of 12 "must see" destinations is:

1) Clemson
2) Georgia Tech (Heisman strode those sidelines)
3) Superdome (for Grambling/Southern)
4) Texas A&M (Unique Aggie Tradition)
5) Mississippi (Genteel setting ... intense football)
6) California (Something special about football on an earthquake site)
7) Louisiana State (Football on a grand scale)
8) Alabama (National Champs (OFTEN) should be seen)
9) Wisconsin (Atmosphere ... good football and a fifth quarter)
10) Michigan (The Big House says it all)
11) Notre Dame (Tradition piled on tradition)
12) Washington (reportedly the second prettiest site)

Ah yes, it's good to straighten out that silly list!!

Not counting us, I'd say:

Jun 29, 2016, 1:06 PM

1. Michigan
2. Notre Dame
3. LSU
4. Ohio State
5. Ole Miss
6. West Point
7. A&M
8. Oregon
9. Alabama
10. Wisconsin

Didn't count places like Athens where I've already been.
