At College GameDay last week in Ames, IA, an Iowa State fan displayed a sign that asked for money to replenish his Busch Light supply, providing his Venmo tag for any generous person that wanted to help him out. After receiving an overwhelming amount of support, Carson King, the sign's creator, decided to send the money he received to the Iowa Children's Hospital, the one that the Hawkeyes & company famously wave to at each home game. King's gesture quickly went viral, and when they heard about it, companies Venmo and Anheuser Busch decided to match his donation. With others joining in, over $36,000 has been raised for the Iowa Children's Hospital over the past few days.

In the interview the guy was saying where he was getting money from and he said “I’m getting donations from Texas and A LOT from Clemson fans. I guess they like Busch Light out there.”

I think he is getting free beer for a year and Venmo is giving him an undisclosed gift.

The guy could have kept all of that money but he did the right thing. That is hard to do and amazing all at the same time!
