David, any further information on Williams injury? Seems like they haven't vsaid much about it other than he's not going to play. Did it require an x-ray/MRI/etc?

Travel curfew note for today's baseball game

There is a travel curfew in effect for Nevada in today's game. No inning can start after 3:45 today. If Pat Krall throws the first pitch of the ninth at 3:44, they can finish the inning. If it's at 3:45 or 3:46 they will the game.

This game is a season maker for Nevada. I hope our boys take this seriously, or this could be a bad, bad gut check. I like the 4 run inning, but most of our guys still don't seem to be locked in. Get some cuts in boys! Let's put Nevada's hopes to rest quickly. I like this catcher defensively, Wilkie. Seems he's who we need to have back there with Williams out.

Nevada gets a run in the top of the second, but Clemson gets two singles, a hit by pitch, a balk and an RBI grounder and picks up two runs. They lead 6-1 as head to T3

Are fans allowed to move from outfield seating to open seats in the main stands? I hate seeing people sitting in outfield with all those open season ticket seats open.

The Tigers got two more base runners, but Andrew Cox flied out and Robert Jolly put up quite a battle before striking out to end the frame. Jolly had six two-strike foul balls, but they got him out up and in. Gilliam in to pitch

Leaving players on base seems to be our biggest circumstance to overcome. Doing so will hurt us in our remaining games if we cannot get timely hits.
