disappointment as I think he is? I remember his recruitment out of high school and he was supposed to be top notch. And wasn't it Phillip Price that left the game vs. PC with a knee or ankle injury? He's still listed as backup O-line so he must be ok?

but I do recall him tearing it up during his senior year of HS. So I wouldn't say he's a huge disappointment in the same way as other guys who were 4-star players could be.

1. DeAndre HOpkins is NOT 6'1, he's 6'3. Get that fixed!
2. Why is Dye still starting at X ? He's been virtually non existent through 2 games

roster heights & weights are fudged intentionally, especially in football & basketball. There is a strategy in listing player sizes on rosters. Don't ever think an official roster is 100% accurate.

Dye is the best blocking WR we have

Between him and Clear, Dye is by far the better blocker.
He also is a Senior, and doesn't blow very many assignments.
Other than that, there's not much of a difference between him and Clear. Dye will start, but Clear will play
