Is it just me, or does anyone else wish we could schedule a by-week after every GT game to give our D a chance to heal after all those chop blocks??

I just wish they’d make them illegal. Sad a kid has to worry about a season ending injury on every single play.

protect their knees to the best of their abilities in this their final season. Having said that I think with the experience our DL has facing these guys we should be ok.

GT uses a lot of cut blocks, which is where the OL dive at the legs of the DL to try to get them off their feet. Different thing. Although a cut block can become a chop block if the DL is already being blocked up high by another OL.
