Can we have a little clarity on the 2 INTs yesterday

First one was the worst one. AR3 was double covered and the ball was overthrown.

The second was only an INT because the safety was still over the top, but this one should’ve been a PI! Dabo will never give TL that excuse, but this was a good throw and not that bad of a decision. It was a bad no-call.

Very obvious to me (and others) that L'ville had figured out our tendencies on 2nd down. So there's definitely a book out on us.

Scelliott really need to change things up on 2nd down.

Agree, but I think that ball was too high for AR3 to get if he was in front of that DB.

Regardless, they dropped that safety knowing full well what was coming. We have gotten very predictable on 2nd down.

Higgins and Ross would have made the cut on that play in front of the DB. Amari will learn from it.



Also, TL should have taken the outlet/check down guy, standing just passed the first down marker WIDE open. He'll learn from it


On the second INT, all on TL.

You hit on the only thing that I'd like to see TL16 learn to do-- hit the check-down. He had big yardage there 3 or 4 times, and never went to him. With his arm, though, it's hard to fault him for looking downfield.
