Carl Edwards has been my favorite driver since he started on the scene in 2005. The Atlanta race where he passed Jimmie Johnson at the last second to win is the first thing that comes to mind. He would have been a 2 time champion if we were going by the 'old' points system. 2008, 2011 and 2016 were heartbreakers. I've really lost interest in Nascar in the past 2-3 years with the fading of the roush organization and the pure dominance of 1 guy. I, as many other nascar fans have already done, think i'm going hang up on the sport for a while.
