recruiter once to think of stars as how quickly a player can make an impact on a team. Five star, immediately. Two stars, one or two years. Stars have little to do with future ability after coaching. Our coaches have proved that true in many ways with many recruits.

For chuckles I did the Google thing. Yes, I know I am old as dirt, but you youngsters have taught me well the Google lessons. Here's something of interest (at least for me) I discovered. There are 37 Pro Bowl players who were 3-Star Recruits (or Worse). Tony Romo was not rated. Watt was a two star.

Just thought I would share!

right!athletes blossom at different times,whether it's pee-wees,high school,college or the pros.great coaches know this.

Wake Forrest and Duke consistently pull in 2 and 3 star players.
