Beating Undefeated Teams in 2018

Clemson beat seven teams in 2018-19 that were undefeated at the time.

Furman 0-0
Texas A&M 1-0
Ga Southern 2-0
Syracuse 4-0
NC State 5-0
Notre Dame 12-0
Alabama 14-0

I wonder how this compares to other seasons or other teams' seasons. This seems like a significant feat.

Yep. Lots of teams throughout the year thought they were playing a tough sos until you see the last poll. Especially those b1g and b12 teams.
