"Offensive style" isn't gonna be a valid excuse either, Clemson had 46 rushing TDs vs Auburns 22 rushing TDs and 1400 more rushing yards.

By WRU maybe he meant "We Regressed University"

Wasn’t there an article a while back that said Auburn hasn’t had a 1000 yard receiver since the 90s? That sounds like WRU to me...

Auburn has had 2 receivers selected in the NFL draft in the past 10 years. Sammie Coates in the 3rd round of the 2015 draft, and Ricardo Louis in the 4th round of the 2016 draft.

in Death Valley . . . All I can remember is the announcer saying "it's Sullivan to Beasley" . . . They beat us 51 - 0 that year . . . the number 88 haunts me to this day!

Terry Beasley is one of their two 1,000 yd receivers in their history . . . and sadly, I got to see him.
(btw - they beat us 44 - 0 the following year!!! Sullivan to Beasley Part II)

Ronney Daniels in 1999 is Auburn's only other 1,000 yard receiver!

Was a good year for cars, bad year for tigs. That said, we just trounced the BEST team in history from that AL state so forget 88 and remember 1619 Skeet??

college offseason. He raked him for even daring to compare AU with Clemson or Bama, especially being a RS FR whose never even caught a pass for AU... ZERO yards receiving for his career. I have to agree... pretty stupid.
