Atlantic Division Tie Breaker if Syracuse wins out.

Right now Syracuse has only one loss in the ACC, they lost to NC State.
When we beat NC State and if Syracuse wins out and NC State also wins out after their loss to us, we all finish with One loss, for the Atlantic Division.
What would be the tie breaker if this happens and all three teams end up with only one loss in ACC play?
I hope Syracuse losses this weekend and that removes that concern.
We need to be pulling for Syracuse to lose another ACC game.

The process for determining the winning would be as follows;
1. The combined head-to-head winning percentage.
2. Win percentage of the teams tied within the division.
3. Head-to-head competition within the division with the best overall division and conference win percentage.
4. Combined win percentage vs. all common non-divisional opponents.
5. Overall win percentage vs. non-divisional opponents.
6. Win percentage vs. non-divisional opponents based upon order of finish.
7. The team with the highest ranking by the College Football Playoff Committee, assuming the next team is not ranked within five places of the highest-ranked team.

Computer rankings, which would most likely mean we would get the nod because of only one loss and better OOC wins.

After Miami this weekend, they play FSU, Wake Forest, Louisville, and BC. So it is not without concern that they could win out.

Exactly...while they beat us, Syracuse is not very good. There's a reason we were favored by as much as we were, we just #### the bed...they'll lose 2-3 more games before the year is over.

If I had to bet, I would agree with you. Just a concern. Wish they had a tougher opponent left like Virginia Tech or even George Tech.
I do believe that Syracuse will lose to Miami this weekend.

You probably also thought that Cuse couldn't beat Clemson.
Cuse probably has the best QB and pass offense in the ACC this year so they could win out but likely to have at least 1 loss with FSU, MIami and Lville on the road.

3 way tie
1. Combined head-to-head winning percentage among tied teams (all 3 would be 1-1)
2. winning percentage of the tied teams within the division (all would be .833)
3. Head-to-head competition versus the team within the division with the best overall (divisional and non-divisional) conference winning percentage, and proceeding through the division. Multiple ties within the division will be broken first to last, using the league's tie-breaking procedures. (No idea what this even means)
4. Combined winning percentage versus all common non-divisional opponents. (there are no non-divisional opponents that all 3 play)
5. Combined winning percentage versus all non-divisional opponents. (Clemson 6-0 (assuming win out), NCState 5-1 (assuming win out), Syracuse 5-2 (assuming win out))
6. Winning percentage versus common non-divisional opponents based upon their order of finish (overall conference winning percentage) and proceeding through other common non-divisional opponents based upon their divisional order of finish.
