At what point do Michigan fans turn on Capt. Khaki Pants?

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 2:54 PM

Harbaugh has done NOTHING worthy of note since he took the job, unless acting like a complete weirdo is worthy of note.

If he doesn't start....

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 2:56 PM

beating Michigan State and Ohio State, his antics will start to get old real fast.

in pleated ones I think its all over. :)

badge-donor-05yr.jpg

beat MSU last year***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:40 PM

Lost to them the year before and this year******

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:47 PM

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

oh I know, trust me, I know...But he said start beating them

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:52 PM

and that was incorrect...started last year

But he hasn't started beating Ohio State yet***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:52 PM

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

Did I mention OSU?***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:53 PM

No, but the post you replied to did, MSU and OSU.

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:58 PM

To which you replied he beat MSU last year, but he has not yet beaten OSU so he has not started beating them both.

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

doesn't change the fact that he was wrong, Michigan has in

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:00 PM

fact already started beating MSU

Sort of correct in one way, but wrong in another.

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:02 PM

They have beaten MSU, but are not beating them because they've only won once.

However, as I mentioned it was originally MSU and OSU, which has not occurred. You cannot start beating two teams if you have only beaten one.

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

spare me your bs, he was wrong...period***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:03 PM

So Dabo better start winning National Championships? Is that

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:05 PM

what you are saying? Can I say we already stared or do I need to qualify that because he only won one?

Now you're just going in a different direction.***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:06 PM

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

nope, you said one win isn't a start no?***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:07 PM

Yes, in two ways:

[1]
Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:10 PM

First, we were talking about Harbro not Dabo. Secondly, we were talking about beating his two biggest rivals, not winning a natty.

hth

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

so one win is a start for Dabo, but not Jim? Got it***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:13 PM

Why are you so mad?***

[1]
Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:17 PM

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

in what way am I mad? the guy was wrong and I pointed it

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:18 PM

out...that was all there was until you wanted spin his way out of it

Well, by switching to a different topic it makes it seem

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:21 PM

like you're upset because you were wrong.

Also, I didn't spin anything, look it up if you want to but Harbro has not won against Ohio State.

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

no, I'm not wrong...He already started beating MSU...You

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:41 PM

tried to spin it differently, but one win is definitely a start, I used Dabo as an example because you seem to be confused about how many wins equals a start

it only takes one

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:42 PM

hth

You're correct that there has to be a start, that's pretty

[1]
Posted: Oct 17, 2017 5:18 PM

much just common sense, so congrats to you!

However, after the start you have to follow up on it to be regularly beating teams.

I'll make it super simple for you, he is 1-4 against Ohio State and Michigan State, his top two rivals. Specifically he is 0-2 against his biggest rival, Ohio State.

Therefore, he is not consistently beating these teams. You can say he "started" beating Michigan State, except for the fact he lost to them, again, at home.

Answer honestly, are you Jim Harbro's wife, brother, dad?

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

spin spin spin spin spin...Did they beat MSU last year?***

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 5:33 PM

I don't have any reason to spin. I also have already

[1]
Posted: Oct 17, 2017 5:36 PM

confirmed that yes, they beat MSU last year. You could actually find the answer to that in my post that you replied to, if you could read that is.

However, they have not beaten both MSU and OSU, so how could they be beating them?

I guarantee you if he loses to Ohio State the next 2-3 years he'll be done.

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

spin spin spin spin...how do you start something you

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 6:29 PM

already started? you do know what start means right? It's not open to your interpretations, it means to begin, and he has already begun beating MSU, he needs to start beating OSU

That would be akin to me saying Dabo better start beating

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:02 PM

Mouth Carolina and Pitt

Sure it would, if Mouth Carolina was a school and we were

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 4:05 PM

rivals with Pitt.

It will be a while............he still has 99,794 sleepovers to catch up on.......but after that he's toast.

Re: At what point do Michigan fans turn on Capt. Khaki Pants?

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:08 PM

It took Dabo 2 seasons to win the ACC. Took him 9 years to win the NATTY...

3 seasons, started in 09, won in 11, so his third season.***

My neighbor is a Penn State grad. He says he doesnt know what you are talking about and wants additional clarification.

2018 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg

I mean Michigan was 8-5 7-6 7-6

[1]

before he got there and has made them a 10 win team. That isn't nothing

They'll still run him off...

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:16 PM

if he doesn't start beating Michigan State and Ohio State regularly.

Look at what he's done since he's been there- he's turned that program around. What's his 2+ year record? Yeah, he needs to beat OSU sooner than later, but he's done a remarkable job recruiting and has done a very good job winning games.

One more loss to OSU should do it.***

Not a chance.

He probably won't get 5 straight losses to OSU***

weasels will get steamrolled at PSU

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:41 PM

Harbaugh and his weasels will be run out of the stadium on Saturday night at PSU. It pains me to say that because I live in PA and have NEVER cheered for State Penn, but Franklin the used car salesman will run up the score on Michigan to gain style points while avenging last year's beat down at the Big House. Michigan's offense is offensive and their defense will be sorely tested. Throw in the almighty white out of 110,000 in a prime time game and it adds up to a thrashing for big Blue.

PSU has beaten Akron, Pitt, Georgia State, Iowa, Indiana

Posted: Oct 17, 2017 3:50 PM

and Northwestern.

Not a good team in the bunch.

He will be gone after the 2019 season (unless he wins the Big Ten).

that's 2 and a half seasons away, Jim will have a QB
