Are these announcers even paying attention to the game?

Hofstra just hit a 3, there is a whistle. 3 doesn't count and Clemson gets the ball. I have no idea what the call was and the announcers were babbling on about something totally unrelated to this game. Never mentioned what happened.

Rivers Ave, then Reynolds and Spruill. People who lived in Charleston or were in the Navy when the Naval Base was active, will understand.
