Indeed the season flew by and no game this weekend but qualifying for the CFP makes it all good for me. Maybe next weekend will feel empty.

The buzz of talking about Ohio State is fun.

The anticipation/rumors/speculation leading up to early signing day also keeps things interesting.

If we weren't in the playoff, singing the blues wouldn't begin to describe it.

That's part of the reason I dislike the Army vs Navy game. The season is over and we have to pretend like that game interesting or that it is quality football. It's interesting if you have some sort of ties to those branches or schools possibly, but for me the game just symbolizes the end of the regular season.

Which is why I have been lurking around here a bit more than normal.

Excited about what is in store for Dec 18th. Even if there are no surprises, it is going to be an excellent day to be a Clemson Tiger.

Time does seem to creep by (worst is bye weeks for me) - now the long 3-week stretch from conf. champ games to CFP Semis. But it'll go by fast enough.

We still have Army-Navy today. No matter what, I've found that one to be good all-around football fun.

Some (okay) Bowls pop up after Christmas - a few at least - so it's not all bad waiting for the Semis - - and there's Christmas & New Year's too! It's a fun time of year.

For college FB fans, the bad part is the day (or week) after the Natty.... Long wait 'til August.
