enough scholarship players should only be allowed to count COVID-19 and injury cases in their attrition numbers. Any team including players who opted out in their attrition numbers should automatically have to forfeit the game. Losing your team is not an excuse for negatively impacting other teams.

and if a game is cancelled after the visiting team has arrived they should have to reimburse the visiting teams expenses.

For sure - also I'd bet there are at least 2-3 girls on every college campus that would love the opportunity to come in an play OL on a Power 5 program. All they have to do is hold try-outs and they could have a full team by game day.
