ACCN: Former Time Warner Customers

I spoke with several reps at Spectrum today to confirm that I will have access to ACCN.

I’m in Ohio and although Spectrum and Time Warner Cable merged, I have maintained a grandfathered TWC plan with sports tier.

I was told by each rep that any grandfathered Time Warner plans will not have access to ACCN and that I must migrate to at least Spectrum Silver and my equipment may have to be exchanged.

At this point, I do see the channel on the guide with an indication to call customer service to add.
