ND does not get a vote in ACC meetings concerning football just as Clemson receives no vote on softball and lacrosse matters. Also, ND is not part of the ACC football TV package and receives no money from football TV games. ND keeps the money from their home games against ACC teams and the ACC keeps all the money when ND visits an ACC team. They receive money from the basketball portion of the TV package and the other sports in which they compete for an ACC championship.
Yes, Notre Dame is an ACC member, but like all members receives no vote or money for the sports in which they do not compete for the championship.

we will see what committee thinks. their loss to SC looks not as detrimental as they are 5-2, but rankings could look a lot different than current ones. Heck ACC may have 4 after this weekend.
