Slive was the ACC commissioner. He is an "slimy" Ivy League attorney who is independent of SEC teams, and manages the networks and media to keep the SEC at the forefront of the sports section, TV and talk radio.

If Slive was ACC commissioner, he understands when it comes to sports that football is king, and FSU and Clemson would reap the rewards accordingly.

So indulge me in this informal poll, who would you prefer as ACC Commissioner:

1) "Tobacco-fed" John Swofford
2) "Slimy" Mike Slive
3) Other - Any suggestions? (Danny Ford might have the right combination of panache' and political correctness)

(Just having fun with the Ford comment. And go Tigers!)

Swoffie is just incompetent. Slime is a 100x better commissioner than Swofford is. Just give me someone with no bias and a business mentality.
