2020 scholly numbers

Jan 21, 2019, 10:41 AM

How many recruits are we lookin to take in the 2020 class? I know we are losing a lot as far as seniors and early draftees, that’s why the 19 class is at 27 and lookin to prob end at 28 or 29. Are we lookin at a normal 25 man class for 2020? Just curious to how much elite talent we can hold bc this 2020 class is goin to be the best we have ever had. Go Tigers!!

With the junior departures we only have 13-14 seniors on 2019 team. Factor in 3-4 ealy departures and some attrition I don’t see the class being much over 20. Some are saying as low as 18 but how many times will it take for us to learn classes are always a little bigger than expected because things happen over the course of a year.

Be surprised if it’s less than 20. Will say 22

Depends on some things and all of this is pure "possibilities" and not probable. Etienne will probably have a high draft stock and could go, Tee is a sure fire thing I'd say, Amari could choose to enter as he's been outstanding but his height could be the reason he stays, Terrell has been phenomenal and will probably have a solid draft stock so he could enter early as well. Then you get into possible transfers like Feaster, Overton, Powell etc who could look for a bigger role elsewhere is where the scholarship numbers start to get hazy with predictions.

Anywhere from about 19-24, depending on transfers/guy’s declaring early. Only 6 spots taken up right now
