There were probably other guys in that game who died soon after in the war, but Rion is worth noting. He died in the Battle of the Bulge.

Thanks for the post. If any one on here hasn't already, be sure to watch 'A Band of Brothers' ( the book is great ). Although it's about E Company, 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division, his experiences would have been very similar.

Thanks to those who served and to the families of those that gave their last full measure.
