It’s an advanced refund or credit depending if you owe or typically get a refund against your 2020 taxes, so if you get typically get a refund...your getting it early...and it looks like there is 3 year repayment clause too maybe for those that received too much against there have the tax liability to cover or inadvertently received the funds (as of 01/24). But simply there a repayment clause which is unsettling...and at 2020 tax time the people expecting a refund will get a sobering surprise.
This thing is well over 1000 pages but the people portion is buried and only 10 pages long.
