Looks like they had it for sale for almost a year before it sold, and the sale has already fallen through twice since being relisted. Prob not worth that much

I'll never understand why builders put a 120sf kitchen in a 2800 sf house.

My kitchen is over 200sf and my house is 1620 sf.

They bought the original one for $340 back in 12/15.

Gutted it, rebuilt it, then it went up for sale almost 5 months later for $875K...sold for $740K 10 months later (2/17), 8 months later until now for $875K. Makes no sense to me.

It was sold in January for 740k.went back on the market at 850k.someone bought it and is trying to flip it.
