Its sad that the football world has come down to that but it has. If its not a "brand school" or SEC school then they arent worthy of awards or good bowls.

"Brand" schools travel well. But a lot of otherwise-deserving teams have fan bases that just don't care to go see them play. I can understand not wanting to sponsor a bowl with a couple teams that will bring 500 people each to the stadium. Clemson travels, as do a lot of the other "brand" schools.

Now, awards are entirely different. Bama RBs are expected to win heismans. Every one of them. And combating that BS is an entirely different matter than why teams get the bowl bids they do.

Sec propaganda will leave him #2 but what I see wayne train had almost as my yards on half the carries as Henry did. And if you add Watson's the leader of the offense add passing, rushing and TD total . only propaganda would pick Henry over Watson.
