I'm concerned about everyone saying, "it depends on how the dfense plays against us." Does TB remember last year? That's exactly what made the difference. And they're all doing the same thing this year. And I'm sorry, CH may have a lot of stats, but stats don't win games against quality opponents. And I must be the only one here that thinks we've played NOBODY to this point and that our passing game hasn't been challenged.
I've predicted all year we'd start out 3-0, then we'd go 0-3. And those three won't be pretty. Not trying to be negative. But that's just what I truly believe.

Technically, that's not accurate. The only stat that wins the game is the one where the scoreboard says US 42 - THEM 17.

prepared for the time when we have to throw the ball against better opponents, and the result was terrible. I am concerned about our o-line, but the coaching and play calling has been great. This year, instead of running the ball against the weaker opponents, we are working on our passing game. If the o line gets better, you will be about as wrong as it gets with your prediction of losing the next 3 in a row.

You guys call yourselves fans.... true fans can project a negative outcome and still pull for the team. Makes me laugh when most of the ill responses to my comments are from people who either don't donate to Tigernet or donate at a lower level than I.... While I haven't been a Tigernet fan that long, I am a Life Donor to IPTAY and that buys me the right to say whatever I think with little or no concern of whether you will agree or not.
Besides, it's more fun for the readers when you DON'T agree.

Last year our QB was uneffective. You can argue that there hasn't been a quality opponent, but I doubt we have shown all of our cards in terms of playcalling yet either. How many times have you seen Taylor get the ball or the Tight Ends? Also, I think their will always be someone who will not get honored as a reciever who will be open. I do have concerns over the O-Line, but I don't really see the comparison to last year. Maybe VT or GT will beat us but not NCSU.
