Yep. You know coach V and the boys on D have too much pride to let that happen again. I think we will see a hungry Clemson D next weekend.

He'll teach from this, absolutely. "Chew" on his guys? Nah.

He's intense, but that's not his style. He'll show his boys what they did right and what they did wrong. When showing them what they did wrong, they'll realize the opportunities they missed to make their coach happy. Disappointing him is motivation enough. He won't have to chew on them.

If he doesn't, would like for him to call me and I would gladly do it for him. Yes, they won it, but not too convincing. The special teams coach needs to do a lot of work on that aspect of the game. They were awful.

Lots of teachable moments to be had while they break down film. These guys have a lot of pride. They'll be hard enough on themselves as they grade their performance with the coaches. BV will point out the good along with the bad and simply make sure they understand what happened on the breakdowns.

I can get a lot more out of a kid with encouragement and respect than I can with confrontation. So can BV.

A little chewing never hurt anyone as long as it's followed with "here's how we fix it, guys!"
With current Tiger coaching staff I'm OK with some manageable mistakes as long as there are games left on the schedule. These execution errors give the the coaches real-life object-lessons and makes the concepts and techniques they are trying to teach real and personal.
Learn from the mistakes - get better - be best!
