I never think of him as from Kansas. Saw him in person in his prime. He could not be hemmed up by a D.

My first thought was John Riggins, but then I saw the post that Barry Sanders is from Kansas so I would lean to Sanders.

It still baffles me how Detroit could allow the best RB ever to retire with plenty of gas in the tank over a dispute.

It would have paid off for the franchise in the long run. These big money problems....????
