I dont understand the "high 7 low 3" when you click on a players top 5.

I think it depends where you look on their site. I saw this morn that they have that WDE today as 100% to Clemson.

% is still there; the confidence level is an added layer...

As previously stated. A safety net. 1-3 low, 4-6 medium, 7-9 high, 10 a lock.

What I still don’t get is why an “expert” would give a cb with a low confidence rating.

1-10 is how confident they are about the prediction.

Think of the CBs for Jordan Burch last year. Probably everybody would have selected 1 for the confidence level
