Whatever Mrs. brought home while clearing out her mom's house that was new in the box and still had shards of Christmas wrapping paper attached to it. Didn't pay any attention to the brand because vacuuming is NOT MY JOB.

the dyson was nice but was expensive and plastic and made it three year. The shark seems to make my wife happy, its light and easy and she just vacuums between days the house cleaner comes. As soon as something new comes out, I'll have to buy it.

I hate that you cannot have two batteries going. Wife loves hers and I did have to replace the battery a few months ago (probably 4 years old)

putting that $60 or whatever into something new. A new battery doesn't really fix the problem. I can't do the whole house on 1 charge on Medium. 6 min most on High. It did convince me that light, maneuverable, and battery powered is the way to go. Still have our ancient Kirby. Hose is handy, but it weighs a ton and keeping up with the cord is a pain.

Probably Greenrtoo (because lots of dogs), because a long time before they stop working right they just smell so bad like dogs I throw it out and get another.
My wife bought a knock of some sort on Amazon, and it works great, but smells like a wet dog. Time to visit the trash can with that one.

including a dyson. They last 12-18 months at our house. We only have one rug to vacuum, but dog hair kills them every time.
