Work email is jacked up...
I called our local IT guy, Adrian.
He couldn't solve it so he escalated it to corporate...
A guy/girl named Abhishek Sonkar.
When Abhishek couldn't solve my problem, he/she escalated it to corporate Level 2 troubleshooting...
A guy/girl named Swetha Kalimahanthi. So far, he/she hasn't had any luck either.
I wonder what collection of vowels and consonants will finally get me fixed?
Where's Nick Burns when I need him?

It's a microsoft outlook issue.

Email works on my iphone and through the web browser, but Outlook doesn't want to sync.
Mr./Mrs. Kalimahanthi (or Kabutterbeanhanthi) as I say, has been at it for 12 minutes so far...

Non- IT explanation: Outlook stopped syncing. My company was using google / gmail servers. The new Microsoft update stopped allowing 3rd party email syncing. Company had to switch from google based email to Office365 email.
