Our starters simply aren't what we need...Crownover would have GT at 0 runs right now! Our boys' hearts are impressive though...we seem to come back time and time again - credit to Monte for this.

Hopefully Gilliam can run with the shot he's getting. I'm assuming he will be the Sunday starter. I think bostic needs a shot at starting. If he can control the walks, he could be a very good starter. If they run with a starters role, along with Barnes, we could have solid starting pitching, but that's a big if.

I do have faith in Monte, and he needs additional recruiting years.

He sticks with players when they slump, and this is important because they could be future leaders for the team. I just hate to see our pitching dig a hole in so many games...
