Saturday TV Question

If I live in an area (Piedmont NC) which will receive the CU vs SU game on regional ABC coverage, does that mean the game will be blacked out on WatchESPN for me?

Trying to figure out if I'll be able to run multiple TV's on Saturday and use appleTV/WatchESPN through airplay to throw our game up or if I'm confined to watching it on ABC.
