Not really. We arent going after them because they are minorities. Minorities are fine. It's because of their illegal status. American citizen minorities are absolutely fine.

Do you really want our nation to be socialist?
Jul 15, 2019, 8:45 PM

I don't believe you do. I don't believe most dems want socialism but that's the party line now and most are either ignoring it in hopes it will go away or they are remaining silent so as not to be outcast.
The only think I fear is the dem party destroying itself with the current message.

No I don't. I don't think many Dems do even in DC. They want free education, medical, social security, and everything else a capitalist society.

after starting into that.
gang violence doesn't look to be one of the reasons for asylum
persecution is probably a debatable topic. which of these grants them the ability to seek asylum?
race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.

while living on as little as possible, to maximize what they send home. Over 10% of Guatemala's GDP comes from Guatemalans in the US sending money back, to the tune of over $7 billion a year. Every single one I've investigated was sending money home, to parents, siblings, wives, and kids. Not one came here to become an American citizen or seek asylum, or to escape violence or whatever.

And people are doing that and ending up either stuck in Mexico or locked up in concentration camps. And Trump is intentionally changing the rules to make things worse. This is all manufactured by the administration.
What do you guys not get? The illegal immigration problem and the asylum problem are different things.

Everyone continues to characterize the illegal immigrant problem with 'the border'.
The fact is that the vast majority of illegals have overstayed they're visa's, they have nothing to do with applying at the border.
Trump has shaped the argument linking illegal immigrants with 'building a wall at the border', when in fact the largest part of the problem came thru airports.

certainly not a majority.
When half of a a population committing a crime is committing it one way, and the other half another, it's not stupid to address either half.

asylum without swimming across the Rio Grande or storming a port of entry.
These folks have heard (because it was true under Obama) the way into the US is to come in, request asylum, get a court date, and then disappear. I'd be fine with Catch-and-release if they showed back up for their court date...
Our school has to pack backpacks for kids so they'll have food to eat over the weekend - when they're not being fed at school. Why in the heck do you want to let more people in while we have issues like that..?

If Trump is for it they are against it. If Trump is against it they are for it. If Trump came out and took a position against Christians they would all get saved by the Blood of Christ within 24 hours. If he came out for abortion and illegal immigration they would chit a brick fighting against him.
They have no moral compass but they are claiming superior morality while ripping children from their mothers' wombs. God help anyone taking a child from a mother who traveled without confirmed transportation and ensured save passage through a 3rd world country exposing the child to rape, murder, being sold into slavery and God only knows what other dangers.
God help us all for enticing all people who are exposing themselves and their children to all the abuse these caravans travelers are suffering. Imo, those cages are more safe, secure and welcoming than anything or any place they've ever seen including their central american homes.
It doesn't take long for some of them to start whining about America but none of their tears are real, if they were those who follow would be discouraged from coming.
I call ######## on every dem tears about these people. They knew exactly what to expect when they departed for our southern border. Dance to the music, pay to the piper.
