trouble at C of C?

from a site called "hoop dirt". usually a fairly reliable site.
According to multiple media reports, the College of Charleston has been investigating head coach Doug Wojcik amidst allegations of alleged verbal abuse of his players. I spoke to someone close to the situation late last night who confirmed to me that the investigation has been going on for at least a couple of weeks, and has finally wrapped up. It sounds like Wojcik will be facing a suspension - possibly through the month of August, and be required to attend some type of counseling. I have heard an official statement from the college is expected any day.

Heck, I had a coach that made this an art form. I mean, almost a thing of beauty. The way the curse words rolled out of his mouth intertwined with eloquent visual portrayals of one's mother .... it was classic. I miss Grandpa.

I had a HS football coach that had a voice that would carry through the swamp. I tried to hobble off of the field with cramps in both legs one homecoming night. After screaming at me the entire timeout and spitting tobacco juice all over my shoes; he turned me around, kicked me in the a$$, and told me not to EVER try to come out of the game with just cramps...cramps were for WOMEN! I loved that man.

I think a lot of you may be jumping the gun. Who said he was only yelling at his players?
We don't know what the "verbal abuse" entails yet. I would guess it probably has something to do with him throwing out the N-word or something in the same vein.
Coaches don't just get investigated for yelling at their players, although I'm sure this would make for a fine narrative to reaffirm many of your perceptions of us soft millennials. Lulz.
