is beautiful and amazing and I love her.
However, she is a skeeerdy kat. She is constantly checking up on kids with find my iphone, which we are all used to, but this morning, I stayed home with our two year old on account of a fever she had yesterday. Yesterday. The only reason she is home is because of a low grade fever yesterday.
So, the other two kids who are here are sleeping in hard because with hybrid they have Fridays off. Usually the baby gets up around 8:30, but with virually no noise at all upstairs and blackout curtains, she is taking advantage and sleeping late. 9:45 rolls around and wife texts me, "Do you think she's okay?"
Yes, she's fine, I can see her on the camera and she's rolling over periodically. She's just not being woken up by everyone getting ready for school.

Two minutes later, I hear the two other kids making more noise than they have ever made in their lives first thing after getting up. Going back and forth between rooms and laughing loudly. Clearly up to something.
I would bet $100,000 that my wife texted them and asked them to wake her up. Which means my uninterrupted complaint drafting and shit-posting time is now at an end.

had a faulty thermometer one time. Was registering the kid's temp at 92-95F
She threw a fit and demanded to call a doctor (this was a Sunday morning).
Tried to explain to her that if the kid's temp was 92-95 they would be hypothermic and going into shock.
Still called the doctor. Doctor was like.... um mam, are they breathing and talking? Yes. Are they shivering? No. Your thermometer is wrong then.
$118 to tell us what I already knew.
