2) garlic powder - make anything garlicky
3) paprika - most versatile
4) chili powder / cumin (tie) - make anythin taste mexican
5) crushed red pepper - must have for pizza and spicy sauces

Mix those 5 in a plastic bag w some salt and olive oil.
