I understand a team grading him and deciding he's not a top 5 pick or something(though I'd disagree), but to totally take him off their board is friggin stupid.

Example: If the he failed the Panther's medical check then they would not want to pick him #1. Their next pick is the 1st pick of the 3rd round. Obviously he still won't be available so they wouldn't need to waste time looking at him.

Same deal with Denver (#2 overall pick). Their next pick isn't till the 4th of the 2nd round and they probably don't think he will last till then either...
