Etienne Spiking the football on the last drive

Spiking the football on the last drive When he scored. Are any of you surprised 15 yard on unsportsmanlike like Penalty was not called on kick off. I was holding my breath and waiting for a flag from the refs thank god it was not called go Tigers!

Was thinking the same thing. You don't see too many spikes in college football because they will get penalized.

It wasn't a full arm gronk style spike, but the refs must have missed it. Add that to the list of OSU complaints.

Rewatch the game and if you watch closely you will see he never actually spiked the ball. He went through the arm motion but didn’t release the ball. At the end he simply rolled the ball back between his legs.
