is right in the middle because the whole world is watching and he's an FSU grad who doesn't want to be perceived as having made a biased decision.

It won't be a primary factor, but it will have some influence on his decision.

contends that the state's attorney has a personal vendetta against the fsu athletes, just so these "presumptions", (for lack of a better word) don't come up.
