Old time lineman and straight on kicker. No one kicks that way any more. LOL

Kickers today take about 3 steps back and 2 steps to the side and approach the ball at an angle, connecting with the inside part of their foot. Back in the day, kickers would just take those 3 steps backwards and hit the ball straight on with their toes.
