Yes it was, the head was down and the helmet made contact with the helmet of Amari, and it was clear that he had been hit in the head before the replay bc of the way his head whipped, and that's right, the ACC refs made a no call. If that would have been a Clemson player delivering that hit, the replay would have been over, over, over, and over again with the announcers saying over, over, and over again how that was targeting on the Clemson player!!! Can a coach ask to challenge the no targeting call???
