Lets keep in mind the talent they are going against. It is much of the same talent that moved the ball all over one of the nations top defenses without Sammie Watkins. Stout seems to be more than a capable backup. This offense will make many good defenses look pedestrian.

Plus, the split secondary does not help. The secondary will be better. (Lets hope that Alexander can make an immediate impact though.)

Secondary was split up, so it's hard to judge. What today's game did point out is that we lack depth if it gets pretty weak by splitting it.
