Just hope it's cheap..but I hope your not just saying this cause she has a losing record overall, it's about the process and progress....if that was the standard, Doug Marrone of Syracuse was a bad coach but clearly he turned around a program completely...an NFL team certainly thought he was worthy despite his losing record

It's about our AD validating his diversity card so when he goes to conventions and meetings with his peers he can say he cares about diversity. In the meantime, the kids coming through our program are destined for bad or mediocre success at best. Carey Green is a former clemson women's asst who was here from 1987-99 when the progam had great success. He moved on to be a head coach at Liberty U and has been to 12 of last 13 NCAA tourneys there. And yes, I'm a family friend of theirs and he was not even contacted or interviewed by us. If our AD really cared, he would hire the BEST candidate who is a proven leader and produces wins and quality people from his programs. At Clemson, we don't care about winning or producing quality kids. Anyone who has observed our program the last 8 years has seen that the program has been riddled with personal/human issues which is sad. Ultimately we should care about the kids in the program instead of pretending we care about diversity and hiring dud candidates.

You hot the nail on the head. A number of white males who were qualified and expressed an interest never got a sniff. The new AD is napping like TDP. Wait until you see the debt he puts the athletic department in with his "building" program.
