I really hope someone in addition to his lawyer is advising him on a strategy to deal with his public perception. Micah just became famous and the way HE AND HIS FAMILY handle this situation is going to effect the rest of their life. There are many unanswered questions about the number of people there and what exactly happened. I assume by his lack of denial to the situation that he in fact did have something to do with The Rock vandalization.

Micah either did this or didn't. If he did it, he should "own it". If he didn't, he needs to be making it publicly known that he had nothing to do with it. Public opinion can be much worse than a court ordered punishment in these situations. Again, his silence tells us what we all have already assumed, that he did it. He will either be remembered as someone who owned up to their foolish act or someone who was scared to own up to actions and then lied about it. Either he is going to be responsible for this vandalism. I hope he owns it.
